Refund Policy for Bittcom Broadband Internet Service Subscription

1. Online Payment Gateway Transactions
1.1 Renewals through online payment gateways are non-refundable. However, subscribers have the option to upgrade their existing plan.

1.2 In the event of accidental double payment for an online transaction, a refund may be processed, subject to proper justification and verification.

1.3 Subscribers must claim a refund within 24 hours from the transaction date for double payments.

2. Delayed Service Activation:

2.1 If a subscriber's balance is deducted, but the service is not activated, the subscriber is required to wait for a period of 1 to 3 working days to allow the transaction to be completed.

2.2 During this period, either the service will be activated, or the amount will be refunded to the source by the payment gateway.

2.3 Subscribers must retain the transaction details until the transaction is successfully completed.
